‘Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting’ and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) Sign Cooperation Agreement

Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting (TAG-Consult), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh
Global Digital (TAG.GD), has signed a cooperation agreement with the German
Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) to train a group of judges from the
Jordanian Judicial Council, as well as a number of employees from the Ministry
of Justice, under a Training of
Trainers (ToT) Program, aimed at enhancing participants’ professional
training skills.
The agreement was signed on
behalf of the Agency by Dr. Malika Bouziane, project director, and on behalf of
TAG-Consult by its Executive Director, Mr. Ibrahim Abu Naffa.
Under this agreement, ‘Abu-Ghazaleh
& Co. Consulting’ will implement a specialized training program organized
by the Agency. The project will target three groups, each consisting of three
training programs, with a total of 90 judges and 45 Ministry’s employees.
Participants will undergo a comprehensive Training of Trainers program and will
be awarded professional certificates upon successfully completing all program
requirements.
Ms. Dana Tehaghapsao, technical
advisor for Legal Affairs at GIZ, emphasized that this agreement represents an
important step toward strengthening participants’ capabilities in the field of training
and knowledge transfer. She further noted that the ToT program will contribute
to developing the participants’ skills and enabling them to apply best training
practices within the workplace, thereby positively impacting the quality of
programs and projects delivered.
For his part, Project Manager
Mr. Jawad Obeidat stated that the program will equip participants with the
practical skills necessary to enhance institutional performance and improve
training efficiency within organizations. He added that the collaboration with
GIZ reflects confidence in the training expertise provided by TAG.GD and
contributes to supporting efforts to develop human capacities and empower
professional cadres.
Mr. Obeidat also organized a
field tour for the Agency’s representatives across TAG.GD’s facilities to
review the logistical arrangements that will be provided to participants
throughout the project. The delegation expressed satisfaction with the training
halls and facilities, noting that they meet all relevant international
standards.
