In recognition of their efforts during the first half of 2026

AMMAN – HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD), recently granted an exceptional bonus for employees of the TAG.GD's General Administration and Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP), in recognition of their efforts and contributions toward achieving the Organization’s objectives during the first half of 2026.

In a press statement, TAG.GD affirmed that this incentive initiative reflects Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh's strong commitment to supporting employees, improving their living conditions, and reinforcing the culture of recognition and motivation that the TAG.GD embraces toward its human resources, whom it considers the cornerstone of its continued growth and success.

On this regard, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh expressed his confidence in the TAG.GD’s employees, emphasizing that their competence, dedication, and high productivity will continue to strengthen the TAG.GD’s leading position and enable it to achieve further success and accomplishments in the coming period.

Under the decision, employees received a bonus of up to 50% of their monthly salary, provided that the bonus did not exceed JOD 1,000 per employee.
It is worth mentioning that the total amount of the bonuses disbursed reached to about JD 217,573 (around USD 307,306), granted to 293 employees.
