Professional Publications
International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and the American
company John Wiley & Sons® have officially commissioned the Society, as the sole Arab body, to
translate all its publications and distribute them periodically throughout the
Arab region to facilitate the understanding and application of these standards by accountants and
auditors.
In addition, there is a cooperation agreement with the International
Accounting Standards Board to print and publish publications of the
International Financial Reporting Standards.
The Society also participated in
setting standards for monitoring the performance of accountants and members of professional associations, bodies, and organizations that have membership in IFAC, in order to ensure their good
performance and adherence to relevant international standards and practices.
