The Agreed-Upon Procedures service is providedwhen our auditorsare commissioned to perform certain proceduresof an audit nature on specific items of financial statements, a financial statement, or even a complete set of financial statements. These procedures are determined in advanceand agreed upon by the auditor, the client, and any relevant third party, and when preparing
financial reports with actual results.
At TAG.GD, we conduct agreed-upon procedures engagements in
accordance with the International
Federation of Accountants’ (IFAC) “Code of Ethics for Professional
Accountants” and in accordance with the specificindividual terms agreed upon in such engagements.
