Founder of the International Cooperation Platform Praises Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh’s Efforts in the Success of the 16th Bosphorus Summit
AMMAN - On the occasion of the conclusion of the work of
this year's Bosphorus Summit, (ICP) that started on November 7-9, with a keynote address by its Honorary President,
H.E. Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, by which he emphasized the need for reforming the
structure of the U.N. member states.
In fact, that was the main theme of this year's Summit, supported
by Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh's recent book: "From the United Nations to the United
People". Which appeared in many languages, including Turkish, and had
distributed to all summit participants.
On this occasion, ICP founder, Mr. Cengiz Orgencil issued the
following statement:
Now that the 16th Bosphorus
Summit, that convened last November, has concluded its session, realizing the
same success that had been achieved during the past 15 years despite difficult
international and regional circumstances, it is my pleasure to announce the
important and the continued effectiveness of the role of our Board of Trustees
Honorary President, His Excellency Dr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh, in guiding our
policies, themes, and procedures, year after year, so that the Summit has been
widely recognized as a real, and a prominent international forum worthy of
recognition, as well as regular participation by most countries in the world
and their economic and private sector establishments.
Therefore, I, myself, and the
entire summit team, are highly proud to express our appreciation and gratitude
to Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh, for his unlimited support and wise insights, receiving us
annually and regularly in Amman to set the broad lines for each summit.
We wish our esteemed president
continued good health and energy to continue his great goals on more than one
important front.
