BAGHDAD – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting (TAG-Consult)/ Iraq Office signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the UAE-based ST Telecom; specialized in the commerce of computer devices and accessories, as well as computer systems, software, and telecommunications equipment. The MoU aims to enhance cooperation between the two parties in the field of technology consulting services.

According to the agreement, the two parties will form a joint working team to discuss potential future collaboration in providing technical consultancy services in telecommunications, information technology, and digital transformation areas.

The consulting services to be delivered by TAG-Consult in cooperation with ST Telecom include feasibility studies for projects, preparation of technical requirements and tender documents (technical and commercial specifications), as well as participation in the evaluation and analysis of bids submitted by companies and suppliers.

It also further incorporates the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for current and future projects, in addition to the provision of specialized advisory, technical, and evaluation services in line with the requirements of various projects and beneficiary entities, among other related areas.

To this end, the two parties expressed their pride in signing such a MoU, which is expected to have a positive impact on the Iraqi market and economy.
