AKMS holds course entitled: Management Skills for New Managers
The Arab Knowledge and Management Society “AKMS” held in cooperation with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Professional Training a training course entitled “Management Skills for New Managers” on 22-24/5/2007. The course consists of 15 training hours.
Among the topics addressed in the course are: self-assessment by managers, employee performance evaluation, empowerment and effective negotiation, skills of dealing and communicating with supervisors and subordinates, management by objectives and results, training for performance improvement, leadership and employee management and motivation, knowledge management.
