AMMAN – Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, Chairman of the Arab Society of Certified Accountants (ASCA) announced that the ASCA board of directors decided in its most recent meeting in Amman to accept Messrs. Wahib Alshaer, President of the Shaer Institution and Partners, and Fouad Ala Aldeen, a partner in Arthur Andersen, as members on the board of directors.
