Jordan Customs Department Holds IP Training Course

AMMAN - Jordan’s Customs Department is holding a training course entitled “Concept and Definition of Intellectual Property (IP)” September 12, at the Department’s headquarter in Amman.
The instructors at the two-day course will be IP Consultants at Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) Sakhr Al Khasawneh and Ala' Musleh.
The training course reinforces the significance of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which was signed by the Customs Department and AGIP on July 18, 2005, aimed at increasing cooperation between the two parties and enhancing their efforts in protecting intellectual property rights (IPRs).
