During the “3rd Kuwait International Competition for Innovation and Technology”

KUWAIT - The 3rd Kuwait International Competition for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence, and Technology honored HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD), in appreciation of his unwavering commitment to supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital education in the Arab region.
The honor was bestowed during a ceremony held under the patronage of Ms.  Aseel Al-Munifi, undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance of Kuwait, and attended by a wide range of Arab and international institutions and personalities interested in innovation and digital transformation domains.
On behalf of Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh, Mr. Salaheddin Eid, executive director of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Digital Projects and Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Digital Education Authority, received the award.
Mr. Eid expressed Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh’s profound gratitude for the recognition and appreciation to the organizers, reaffirming TAG.GD’s continued commitment to contribute to regional and international initiatives that aim to empower the digital economy and enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in the Arab region.
For their part, the organizers stated that Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh’s honoring came in appreciation of his significant efforts in advancing the knowledge-based economy and technological transformation in the region, in addition to supporting youth and entrepreneurial initiatives, and driving sustainable development through innovation.
It is worth mentioning that the Kuwait International Competition for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence, and Technology is being held for the third consecutive year, representing one of Kuwait’s leading initiatives that aims at achieving economic diversification based on innovation and digitalization, in line with the country’s Sustainable Development Vision 2030, while strengthening international cooperation and knowledge exchange among the participating Arab and international countries.
