ASIP & OHIM Organize A Seminar on Protecting TMs, Designs in Europe
CAIRO - The Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP) in cooperation with the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) are organizing a seminar entitled “How to Protect your Trade Marks and Designs in Europe” July 5 at Grand Hyatt Hotel in Cairo.
Sponsored by Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP), the seminar will focus on trade mark and design; their protection in the EU, as well as their revocation, invalidity and appeals.
Speakers will tackle important practical issues related to post registration procedures, raising awareness of the Community concerning trade mark and design systems among lawyers, agents and owners from different Arab countries.
