ASIP Holds Forum on Jordan’s Unfair Competition & Trade Secrets Law Jan. 29
AMMAN - The Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP) is holding its monthly forum on Article 9 of the Jordanian Unfair Competition & Trade Secrets Law, at ASIP Headquarters, Abu-Ghazalah Campus January 29, 2005.
The main speakers at the Forum are Dr. Tariq Hammouri, Hammouri & Partner and Lana Nimri, Legal Consul Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property while the moderator is Judge Hazem Al-Smadi, Court Of Amman First Instance.
ASIP holds this event as a monthly activity where IP experts and practitioners come together to exchange views and experiences on different issues of intellectual property.
