‘Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting” Completes ToT Program for Jordan’s Judges and Ministry of Justice Staff
To Enhance Access to Justice and Institutional Strengthen Capacity Building
AMMAN - Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting (TAG-Consult), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD), completed the implementation of Training of Trainees (ToT) specialized training program, delivered for the Jordan’s judges and cadres Minister of Justice. The program was funded by the German Agency for International Cooperation - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) as part of the ongoing efforts to develop institutional capacities and enhance the efficiency of the judicial sector in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Training of judges was conducted at the Judicial Institute of Jordan, while cadres of the Ministry received training at the TAG.GD headquarters, by TAG-Consult experts in the relevant fields of specialization.
The ToT program aimed at empowering participants with the necessary advanced skills in knowledge transfer and professional training, while effectively contributing to building national cadres capable of training others within the judicial institutions, and ensuring sustainability of the legal and administrative knowledge.
Ongoing evaluations of the trainers and the implementation of the program demonstrated that all designated objectives had been successfully achieved, a conclusion unanimously shared by both the participants and the funding organization.
For his part, Eng. Ibrahim Abu Nafaa, TAG-Consult executive director, stated that this initiative is part of TAG.GD’s integrated strategic vision that aims at strengthening competencies to access justice, enhancing knowledge transfer within the government institutions, as well as preserving the long-standing institutional expertise of judges and Ministry’s employees.
It is worth mentioning that the program included a set of specialized training topics, focusing particularly on training methodologies, the development of training content and packages, as well as the assessment of training needs and impact evaluation. This program focused on enabling participants to transform their legal and practical expertise into structured training content, ultimately contributing to building an institutional environment rooted in continuous learning and knowledge exchange.
This program serves as a model of effective collaboration among the private, public, and international sectors in building a more efficient and sustainable judicial system based on knowledge, professionalism, and enhanced access to justice.
In this context, TAG.GD commended the Jordanian Judicial Council for its hospitality and cooperation which contributed to ensuring the success of this initiative, as well as the support of GIZ for its important developmental role across various sectors of the Jordanian economy.
In recognition of the efforts in implementing the program, GIZ presented an appreciation letter to TAG-Consult, represented by Mr. Jawad Obeidat, TAG-Consult project implementation consultant, for his role in following-up and coordinating the training activities in accordance with the highest standards, resulting in an exceptional level of satisfaction among the stakeholders and participants from the Jordan’s Ministry of Justice and the Judicial Council.
