CAIRO - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital Polytechnic (TAG. GDP), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD), announced that Ms. Samar AlLabbad, deputy chair of TAG.GD, registered as the first applicant to the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital Polytechnic (TAG.GDP), marking the beginning of the operational phase of this innovative educational initiative.

This enrollment comes at a time as TAG.GD is set for the official launch of the Polytechnic on August 19, 2026, a date that coincides with the World Humanitarian Day designated by the United Nations. The timing reflects a vision that reaches beyond organizational goals embracing a broader concept of education as a fundamental human right; one that surpasses geographical boundaries and remains accessible regardless of social or economic disparities.

Between concept and implementation, the project represents a shift from traditional education toward a model that prioritizes skills and the ability to deliver results. Using this approach, certification is not the ultimate objective, but rather a natural outcome of a practical learning journey, closely aligned with labor market needs especially within rapidly evolving digital sectors.

It is worth mentioning that the TAG.GDP project is based on an integrated educational system within TAG.GD’s mission, comprising specialized institutions and programs in Artificial Intelligence (AI), cybersecurity and future-oriented disciplines, with a special focus on the practical application that redefines the relationship between knowledge and productivity.
